Yes, one vehicle per unit is permitted. There is adequate NON-ASSIGNED parking in the lots along with required "Handicapped" spaces.
There are FREE washers and dryers available in the community laundries on a preassigned time basis.
We have a "Waiting List" that averages around 10 to 12. However, many on the list are not prepared to move when a unit becomes available;
so, you should plan around two to six months being on the "Waiting List'. However, this is VERY unpredictable. It could be almost
immediately or MORE than six months.
Each year you are recertified to make sure you still qualify and, if so, a yearly contract is signed. As long as you qualify you live here forever. Some tenants have been with us for over 20 years.
You need to fill out a complete "Application Packet" and return it to our office. When we receive it and qualify you, your name will be added immediately to the Waiting List. An Application Packet can be picked at our office or you can phone us and we will mail one to you.
